What are the conditions for free delivery?

All purchases RM100 and above are entitled to free delivery for West Malaysia. RM250 for East Malaysia.

When will I receive my orders?

Once your order is confirmed, you can expect to receive your items in 2 to 3 working days.

How can I receive my goods if I am not at home when the delivery is made?

Before delivery, the courier staff will contact you to confirm your delivery address and time of delivery. Deliveries shall be arranged for the following day if you are not at home on the scheduled day of delivery.

How do I send my items to a different address?

What can I do if the item(s) I purchased is/are defective?

What if I am dissatisfied with my purchase(s)?

Contact Bai Zi Gui Customer Service Hotline at 012-941 9909 within 7 days from the date of purchase to let us know about it. We will try our best to understand and arrange for a refund for you.
